Dividend Payments - Common stock cash dividends are payable quarterly, upon authorization of the Board of Directors. Regular payment dates are typically the 31st of July, October and January and the 30th of April. RPM has increased the cash dividend payments to its shareholders for 29 consecutive years. Dividend Reinvestment Plan - RPM maintains a Dividend Reinvestment Plan whereby cash dividends, and a maximum of an additional $5,000 per month, may be invested in RPM shares at no commission cost.
