One of the ways we bring these values to life is through the Living the Values Awards, an annual contest that celebrates employees worldwide who embody these ideals. This year, we received over 360 nominations from our associates, each serving as a testament to their appreciation and recognition of their peers.
The Company’s Code of Conduct highlights what we call the Value of 168, which is central to our philosophy. It highlights the importance of how we spend the 168 hours we have each week and the impact of our daily contributions. Javier joined RPM in 2011 and has built a remarkable career, now managing SAP Master Data at Toxement in Colombia. Over 13 years, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, earning admiration for his dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. His colleagues describe him as a role model who lives the RPM Value of 168 through Transparency, Trust and Respect every day. Javier shared with pride: "This award fills me with happiness and gratitude. It’s a reminder to keep striving for improvement and excellence. Elizabeth, who joined RPM in 2019, brings exceptional energy and dedication to her role leading strategic meetings and events at ICG in Greensboro, North Carolina. Roboam, a Sales Executive with Rust-Oleum Mexico since 2017, is celebrated for his collaborative spirit and trustworthy professionalism. Known for his kindness and focus on teamwork, he reflects the essence of a workplace built on respect and inclusion. The Living the Values award takes a unique turn this time, recognizing not an individual but the RPM India GSC in Coimbatore. For the third year in a row, the GSC has earned the spotlight with over 45 nominations for its dedicated associates.
Established in 2020 and led by , the GSC provides essential support to RPM companies worldwide, upholding since day one, the Value of 168. This award highlights the GSC’s commitment to these values on a global scale.
