Community Engagement & Philanthropy
Community Engagement Philanthropy Teaser

Through our Building a Better World initiative, we strive to elevate the communities where we operate. We count on associate engagement and encourage our associates to actively support nonprofits they care about. Our corporate matching program, limited to RPM Headquarters associates, boosts associate donations up to $2,500 per year to help maximize their impact.

Community Partnerships

We value our ongoing partnerships with organizations and causes in our communities and continue to seek new avenues for providing support. Highlights of our community partnerships in FY25 include:

  • RPM has supported the RID-ALL Green Partnership for the past 13 years. RID-ALL is an 18-acre urban farm in Cleveland, Ohio, growing produce for area institutions and providing education for youths on the benefits of becoming good stewards of the earth.
  • RPM corporate associates celebrated Earth Day by partnering with the Western Reserve Land Conservancy to remove litter and invasive species at Adam’s and Haley’s Run Trail in Akron, Ohio. Their efforts contributed to trail restoration and ecosystem protection and reflected our shared commitment to sustainability.
  • Our Frenchic paint brand in the UK partnered with the Samaritans mental health nonprofit. A percentage of each sale of selected colors that represent mindfulness and calm was donated to the nonprofit. The partnership raised more than $29,000 through October 2024.
