Through our Building a Better World initiative, we strive to elevate the communities where we operate. We count on associate engagement and encourage our associates to actively support nonprofits they care about. Our corporate matching program, limited to RPM Headquarters associates, boosts associate donations up to $2,500 per year to help maximize their impact.

Tremco CPG opened a new workplace for Avres associates in the Netherlands, supporting more than 25 individuals through a long-standing partnership with a work development organization that helps people overcome barriers to employment and build meaningful careers.
DAP partnered with Dow, Michigan State University and Native Alaskan communities, helping improve the energy efficiency and climate resilience of homes in remote and underserved communities through insulation, air sealing, flooring and window upgrades.
Tremco supported WomenSafe's 25th Anniversary Casino Night with a record $10,000 sponsorship, helping raise awareness and critical resources for survivors of domestic violence while continuing a nearly two-decade partnership with the organization.

RPM continues to support the next generation of skilled trades professionals through the Rising Stars Program, a nonprofit initiative that introduces students to career opportunities in the construction industry. During the 2025-2026 school year, the program graduated 60 students, helping equip them with the knowledge, experience and confidence needed to pursue rewarding careers in the trades.
