Giving back is an important part of RPM's commitment to Building a Better World. Through RPM’s annual Season of Service initiative, associates come together to support nonprofits and strengthen the communities where they live and work. It encourages volunteerism while offering opportunities for associates to make a meaningful difference through hands-on service.
In FY26, more than 40 associates in Northeast Ohio participated in Season of Service activities, contributing more than 90 volunteer hours in support of local nonprofit organizations. Volunteers worked with local community partners such as Chair-ity, the May Dugan Center and RePlay for Kids, helping provide essential resources and services for individuals and families in need.
The initiative reflects RPM's broader approach to community engagement, which combines financial support, associate volunteerism and strategic partnerships to create positive impact. Across RPM, associates support a wide range of organizations focused on education, workforce development, health and human services, environmental stewardship and community wellbeing.
The annual Season of Service initiative demonstrates how individual actions can add up to meaningful results. By sharing their time, skills and energy each year, RPM associates help strengthen local communities while building connections with one another and the organizations they serve. The program continues to be an important way for associates to put RPM's values into action and contribute to the company's mission of Building a Better World.
