Jeffrey D. Rowe is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM), where he oversees the company's three business units, four regions and its global operations, R&D and sustainability functions, and is a member of ADM's Executive Council. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Syngenta Group, one of the world's leading agricultural technology companies, where he led efforts to advance sustainable farming and AI-powered innovation. Prior to Syngenta, he spent more than two decades at DuPont Pioneer in executive leadership roles spanning strategic planning, biotech affairs and regulatory, legal and supply management.

Rowe holds a bachelor's degree in Agriculture Business from Iowa State University, a J.D. from Drake University Law School, and a TRIUM Global Executive MBA from a joint program of the NYU Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics and HEC Paris.
