TMP Convert earned an EcoVadis Gold Medal in FY26, marking meaningful progress in the company’s sustainability performance. During this past fiscal year, the company advanced from Silver to Gold and improved its EcoVadis score from 72 to 84.
This improved rating reflects work across several areas of responsible business practice. TMP Convert strengthened its governance disclosures, expanded carbon tracking to include Scope 3 emissions, enhanced responsible procurement practices, and improved the way it monitors sustainability performance.
EcoVadis evaluates companies across environmental, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement topics. Within this framework, a Gold Medal provides external recognition of a company’s sustainability-management practices and its performance relative to other organizations assessed by EcoVadis.
For TMP Convert, the achievement provides a measurable indication of progress and highlights the value of strengthening systems that support transparency and accountability. Improved performance monitoring enables the company to better understand its impacts, establish priorities, and continue advancing its sustainability approach.
Expanded carbon tracking is particularly important to RPM’s broader climate strategy. RPM currently tracks greenhouse gas emissions from manufacturing facilities, distribution centers and offices through a centralized data-management system. The company has also begun tracking Scope 3 emissions to better understand and manage impacts throughout its value chain. TMP Convert’s work contributes to this broader effort.
This recognition also aligns with RPM’s emphasis on responsible sourcing. RPM expects suppliers to uphold the sustainability and ethical standards outlined in its Supplier Code of Conduct and uses vendor approval and responsible procurement processes to assess risk across areas including human rights, regulatory compliance, product stewardship and corporate responsibility.
By advancing from Silver to Gold and raising its score from 72 to 84, TMP Convert has shown significant momentum in FY26. The achievement reinforces the company’s commitment to strengthening responsible operations and continuing to raise its sustainability standards.
