RPM's Women of RPM employee resource group continued to expand its impact in FY26, creating opportunities for associates across the organization to connect, learn and grow professionally. With more than 850 members, the group facilitates networking, mentorship and leadership development while supporting RPM's commitment to creating an inclusive workplace.

Throughout this past fiscal year, Women of RPM hosted a variety of virtual and in-person events focused on career growth, leadership development and personal branding. Programming included Women's History Month and International Women's Day events, wellness-focused sessions, and networking opportunities that encouraged collaboration and knowledge-sharing among associates across RPM's global operations.

One of the group's signature FY26 events featured RPM board member Jenniffer Deckard, who shared insights from her leadership journey and professional experiences.
